Viña Arana Gran Reserva, a winemaking gem from the prestigious La Rioja Alta winery, is a red wine that embodies the very essence of the Rioja Designation of Origin. This exceptional vintage, carefully crafted, reflects the passion and dedication of a century-old Spanish winery that has left its mark on winemaking history.
Rioja Alta, Haro's winery, raises the bar and incorporates the new Viña Arana to its line of Great Reserve.
With an own style, an extraordinary aging capacity and a coupage of tempranillo (95%) and graceful of vines of more than 40 years planted on limestone soils, only 267 American oak barrels are made with a use of 4 years where it has aged for 36 months and a year and a half in the bottle. It will be made only in crops of extraordinary quality.
The heart of this wine is the Tempranillo grape variety, grown in the vineyards of the Rioja region. After the harvest, Viña Arana Gran Reserva is aged in oak barrels, where it acquires its distinctive complexity and elegance. The result is a Gran Reserva wine that captivates the senses with its aromatic richness and refined taste.
In each glass of Viña Arana, the tasting notes that speak of years of experience and winemaking tradition are revealed. This wine displays nuances of ripe fruit, hints of vanilla and spice, and a balanced structure that lingers on the palate.
Ideal for pairing with Spanish cuisine and other delicacies, Viña Arana Gran Reserva will transport you to Spain's wine culture.
It is a classic-style Rioja but adapted to new trends looking for wines with more fruit, more vibrant and fresher.
