An excellent knowledge of each of their vineyards allows them to get the very best results from their fruit and produce a wonderful range of great wines. And Viña Zorzal Garnacha is undoubtedly a splendid example of their work. A wine offering a firm expression of the honesty and freshness of its terroir as well as a strong commitment to ecological principles and the utmost respect for the environment. Low yields are harvested early to conserve the fruit’s freshness and then undergo a spontaneous fermentation process with local yeasts. The finished wine is bottled with the least intervention possible, just a simple clarification and filtering. All in all, it is a faithful reflection of a terroir and a vintage.
