Viñas Elías Mora is living proof that high-altitude vineyards in the centre of Spain are actually home to some of the most exuberant and delicious grapes in the world of wine. A concentrated and very expressive wine, with a good body and a degree of minerality, it offers a wonderfully sensitive interpretation of the Tinta de Toro variety at an amazing price.
