Wines Biondi Outis Bianco is a fascinating Etnean white with an antique gold color, with coppery nuances. The olfactory spectrum is intense, fruity with hints of apple, anise, bitter almond; floral with memories of orange blossom and citrus. Dry, harmonious, well structured, rightly acidulous and with a pleasant aftertaste. Wine of great aromatic cleanliness and highly representative of its territory, it is perfect to accompany seafood dishes, in particular fillets of fried perch.
